Newbie
Hi there
I just joined the site today after an invite on the Everybody BB. I visited this website for the first time this afternoon and loved all of the poems and stories. I felt very honoured that you were willing to share them with me and others like me. It is 4 weeks tomorrow since my MC and I still feel very sad. I have actually been doing a bit better lately but I guess that's when I keep busy and try not to think about it. When I read other people's stories I feel such a sense of guilt because I really do have so much. My 2 boys are so strong and healthy but I really miss my little angel bubba. My DH and I worried so much about this child because I had a very bad fever at the time of implantation but we still hoped for the best and even had a scan with a HB.
BTW - This afternoon my boys were looking over my shoulder at all the photos on this website and saying ohhhh bubbas. They really are so beautiful.

Thanks Manda
I wish you the best of luck with your new pregnancy. It is such a special time. DH and I hope to TTC in December. We were actually away on a much-deserved family holiday when my MC happened and although we tried to continue on for the boys, it did ruin it. We have now planned another holiday at the start of December and will think about a new pg after we get back. I am a bit apprehensive though as I was just speaking to DH today about how vivid my memories are of the feeling that something was wrong the day I started bleeding - a real heavy feeling and I am so worried I'll be paranoid about every little creak and groan (normal pg growing pains). I told myself that day I was being silly but I wasn't

It is nice to know that there are lots of people to support us though Kim. When we feel brave enough. I was just telling DH a minute ago that websites and forums like this one help now and in the future when you go to try again.

Hi Jenn - Thanks for the welcome. Are you really based in the Caribbean? That must be amazing. It is so windy in Wellington tonight - I am sure that the house is going to blow away

Hi Ally
Thanks for the welcome and support. I am hoping that things are starting to improve for me. I am definitely beginning to feel more positive about life and the challenges it throws at us.

Hi there Deanie!
So sorry that you have had a reason to come here, but glad that you have found us.
The ladies here are great support, and really good when you need to vent. I do it plenty of times myself!
My name is Chantelle, but most people call me Telly. I move to Christchurch next week from Auckland to set up our business and our new life. I have been married now for nearly five months
I have a little boy already also, his name is Cameron, and turned two at the beginning of last month. We lost our second child through missed miscarriage in July. We are currently tccing - infact, we are due to test to see if we have been successful.
Anyway, the support here is great, and you lean on it whenever you need it.

Thanks for the welcome and introduction. I'm sorry to hear about your loss too.
Best of luck with your testing. Sending you lots of baby dust...

Hi Deanie, I have the same name as on the EBB as well, and Kim - I am guessing you are AngelThomasMum! Thanks for the invite here. I didn't realise you are from Whatawhata. I was a Senior Technical Sales Rep for Ballance, and covered from South of Te Awamutu up to Hamilton and out to Raglan, so did some of Whatawhata. I now live in Surfers Paradise - I have been here for 3 months.
Do you think we should start a main thread for regular chatters?
Anyway, I don't want to write too much in case this doesn't work!

Hi Nimbus/Kim
Welcome aboard. I hope you find the ladies here as friendly and supportive as I have
I think about you over in the sunshine whenever I think about going on holiday in December. If you are serious about wanting to meet up, then I'd be happy to get in touch once we're over there. Just PM me your details.
