Hi - has anybody had any problems when lighting a candle for their lost ones? I lit candles for my three on Monday and it said to allow 48 hours before they appear, but todate they are still not there.

Hi Teo,
Are your angels the Howells angels??? If so they are definatly there, try hitting refresh when your in the candle room and they should pop up (they're at the bottom of the page), otherwise try resubmitting or send an e-mail through the e-mail button on the main page (or pm me). Hi Teo and Manda

I haven't had a problem with the candle room myself and I only entered my angel last week. I think that the 3 Howell angels belong to another newbie Nimbus. I just went and had a look and there is a new entry there since Sunday but I can't see your 3 sorry Teo. Perhaps you should try again.

Oh and BTW - My angel "Angel Dean" and the angel next to mine "Baby Hoshi" are cousins and it is so lovely that they ended up side by side in the candle room especially since my sister lives in Japan. I had told her about the website but did not know she was entering her details at the same time. I'm sure they're together up in heaven too. :)

I'm not sure what happened with your 3 angels, I don't think we've missed any yet, try resubmitting them like I said and send an e-mail to confirm you have sent them and I'll ensure they go up as soon as. I'm sorry you've had problems with this.

Yay, I have checked and my angels are now there - started to cry when I saw them, it seemed to really hit home what I have been through in the past 10 months when I saw it in "print". Thanks everyone

www.thelostones.co.nz there is a link to the candle room on the left hand side of the screen. From there you can also go to the stories section too.

thanks so much i did a candle for my babies thanks so much i just sat here are cried i miss them so much i would of got to hold my first on in 2 weeks life is so unfair :(
