 6 months Well here it is, November 20, 2005-it's been 6 months since I've seen or held my little angel. I've already had several major meltdowns and it's only 10 in the morning. I've been to the cemetery and put fresh flowers on Tylers grave (probably won't last long though-it's only 30 degrees over here in the states since of course it's the begining of winter.) Now all I do is walk aimlessly around the house.
To top it all off, it's Alyssa's 3 year birthday next week, and I really want to be happy, especially for her, but I just thought little TJ would be here to celebrate with us.

Oh babe i'm so sorry, I wish i could give you a big hug. I haven't got to the six month mark yet, but i dreading it.
It will be hard but i'm sure you'll make little Alyssa's 3rd birthday lovely for her. I hope it all goes well and she has a lovely time.

Oh Bridget, I am really sorry we all have to go through these anniversaries. It is such a hard one 6 months. As was 1 year. I hope you find some peace in the day. I am the same as you, I have Brookes Birthday 9 days after Ashley's, it is so hard to put on happy face in the first year, but you will get your smile back again and feel like celebrating Alyssa's birthday, luckily she is only 3 and probably wont remember her birthday this year anyway.

Thanks guys, I'm doing ok-trying to keep busy to keep my mind occupied.
Ally out situations are similar. Alyssa's bday is in 9 days (november 29th) also. I'll try to put on that happy face for her. She really is a good kid and deserves a special day all to herself
