 Really thoughtful Hi all,
I received an e-mail the other day from an old school friend. I haven't heard from him since school so it was a real surprise (it's been 15 years). I just wanted to share it with you because I thought it was really thoughtfull. It's short and doesn't say much, but the mere fact that he took time out of his day after 15 years to say he was sorry for our loss was huge, and instead of saying something stupid, he was thoughtful enough to say he didn't know what to say. Heres how it goes.

I'm not really sure what to say to be honest, I suck at email at the best of times, but I really feel for you both and felt I should send something...
I'm really very sorry for your loss, I won't pretend to fully understand what it's like, it's not something I've gone though.
Once again, I'm sorry for your loss... I wish I could say something more than that.
