pleased
I am so pleased, you see I have just created a website in memorial of Julia and have just had a look at it and the music that I put onto there has loaded successfully. Now you may wonder why that makes me happy, it is because you see we had it picked out to play at Julia's funeral service and it wouldn't play and I was really upset, even more than I already was.
So yah!!!!
It worked
Carley

It is there for all to see, just log onto my profile and the link is there, it is still a work in progress so things could changed a few times until I get them right , but you are all more than welcome to have a look.

What a beautiful website Carley for a beautiful little girl. I couldn't hear the music (stupid wireless connection here!) but I saw at the bottom that it is the song from McLeods daughters. I love that song, I cried when I first heard it, it is so beautiful. I couldn't light a candle (stupid wireless connection again!) but I will make sure to visit again and light a candle when we get back to civilisation next week.
I'm glad you found building the site therapeutic too.

Thank you to everyone who has lit a candle for Julia, it has been wonderful looking on there and reading all of the beautiful messages that you have all written.
Sorry I haven't been on here in a while I went up to Auckland for a few days to visit my family in Botany Downs, but I had the strangest thing happen while I was there. I had gone for a bike ride on the Thursday night and it was stinking HOT!!! Not a breath of air, anyways I came to this huge hill and decided that I wasn't even going to attempt trying to ride up it, as I was knackered already, so got off the bike and walked, got half way up and was ready to call it quits when I looked at the left hand side of the road and there was one single blade of grass moving hard out , it was moving around like it was windy but there wasn't any wind, it was still. It sent chills up my spine and goosebumps up and down my arms. I knew it was Julia saying "Hurry up and get up this hill Mum and see the wonderful view from the top". So once I got up there I took a moment to enjoy the view and say thank you to my angel for giving me that sign.
Just thought I'd share that with you all, sorry if I rambled too much.

Hi Carley
What an awesome way for Julia to let you know she is around. I had a similar experience over the holidays. I was at Omaha, walking with my girlfriend. I was talking about remembering Trinity with her. Her mum had passed away last Christmas and they were close. Anyway, it was quite cloudy but also the sun was out. I said to her that I hadn't seen a rainbow since I had been up there. Just then a 1/4 rainbow appeared right in front of us. I went on then to tell her that when I see a rainbow I always ask for a double one if Trinity is around as a sign. Almost instantly, there was a very faint second rainbow, and my girlfriend said she was covered in goosebumps. I know our loved ones are around us, we just have to be brave enough, with enough faith in them, that when we ask for that sign, we recognise it!! It was really comforting for her to understand that, and she told me she would not have believed me if I had just told her & she had not seen it for herself
The 2nd one faded quickly, but not before we had both seen it clearly.
You are doing a wonderful job with Julia's memories.
Love & hugs
Rae
