Post Memorial Tree
We received a letter from Lamb & Hayward, the funeral home we used when Liam passed away to say that a memorial tree has been planted in Liam's memory at a reserve literally 2 minutes down the road from us. We had heard about this being done by this company, but had completely forgotten about it. It was a lovely thing to hear.

So not only does Liam have a star named after him, he now has a tree. This is such a nice feeling. We have walked through the reserve a number of times as it is so close by and so will no doubt be walking through quite a bit more now! :D

Oh Tanya that is a beautiful thing for them to do. It gives you a warm feeling in your heart when others acknowledge our angels doesnt it? Will they put some kind of plaque near it or something? Like Melissa said cant wait to see a photo of Liam's tree

Unfortunately it's unlikely that we will find out which tree is his as they do a group planting for all the people that have passed away over a certain period of time. As much as I would love to know the specific tree, I thinkit will still make me feel close to him just walking through the reserve and knowing that his tree is somewhere there.
