Thanks guys! Today is CD 28, and so can't wait to test.
Last night I was pretty sick, and today I just feel yuck and nauseated.
Haven't had anymore metallic tastes, but man, if I'm not pregnant, someone out there doesn't like me!
Will let you know how it goes when I do test!

The waiting is killing me.
I am so tired today, and have had good sleeps the past couple of nights. The last time I was feeling so tired, was my last pregnancy.
Man, I can't wait to test, but I'm gonna have to. I hope its for real this time, as now I'm starting to get quite down about it, seeing as we would have been due with baby #2 in a few weeks

Well, on Friday, I got AF, very lightly though, and I thought that it was just an implant bleed.
But no, on Saturday it was moderate with some clotting, Sunday light, yesterday gone.
I was so sure last month was our month. It gets me really down, and I cried when I got AF, knowing how we shouldn't have to be trying and all
So no, am going to test later in the week to check if it was implant bleed or not, but not holding my breath. Am setting up now for another month of TTC.

Oh Telly, I am so sorry. I know exactly how you feel. It is so disappointing. Hopefully this month will be the one-for us both. I finally made a ticker. I think I thought if I did that then I would have to admit that i might be here awhile. Now I accept it-but that doesn't mean I am liking it one bit. Fingers crossed babe. Jenn

Thanks guys.
I guess we are looking at a month of trying again.
Haven't tested yet, have rushed up to Auckland, so don't return until Saturday to test.
Will be hard taking a negative pregnancy test or getting af next month, seeing as its due date time for our little angel.

I haven't been feeling the best no, I have heaps going on at the moment, and really feeling the strain on top of this.
Am going to test when I get home at the weekend, as these symptoms I am having a rather like my last pregnancy with my angel. I had a heavy AF for that one, and was still preggy, so fingers crossed.
Still going to TTC regardless.

Feeling rather confused - all the symptoms are there, the tiredness, nausea, the cramping, etc etc - but when i tested a week after what was thought to be my af, it was negative.
I remember my implant bleed with my second pregnancy that it was just like a normal period, but the last period was spotting, light, medium, light, gone.
So, not sure if I should test again or not - but I will wait until after my next af date comes and I will go from there.
I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out what my body is doing, its been so screwed up since the d&c in July.
We have been 'on the job' a lot better this month, making sure not to over do it, as I read in my pregnancy book that its not good to do it everyday. Will type what it says in there when I have the book with me, at the moment - i can't be bothered getting up to get it.
Just thought I'd share.

Telly, I have been thinking about you, wondering how things are going. My cycle is completely confusing this month. Probably because I have been ill. I am so frustrated.
I would like to know what your book says. Anything to help!

Thinking of you both during this confusing time. If only home pregnancy tests weren't so expensive!

The price of pregnancy tests doesn't really bother me, I just wish it would give me the answer that I am looking for!
Have got a good feeling about this month, considering the more promenant signs, but will wait until next weekend, where I can test and find out for sure.

Okay I found my book and about what it said in regarding to having sex when ttcing.
The book - "NEW ZEALAND PREGNANCY BOOK"
Under the paragraph titled 'Frequency of Intercourse'
Male fertility is dependant on the number of sperm in each millilitre (ml) of semen. The higher the count, the more likely it is that an egg could be fertilised in intercourse takes place. The count decreases with repeated ejaculation over a short time, and rises again within a couple of days. Intercourse every alternate day during the fertile phase is recommended if you want to achieve a pregnancy.
So thought it was interesting. Makes sense though.[i]

Yes it does make sense. I have also read (in Taking Charge of Your Fertility) that every day is ok if the man's sperm count is normal. It has a schedule for timing if you are charting. But I think every other day seems sufficient.

Yeah it does make total sense to me too. I have been reading
about it too and that was the jist that i got that you should
give it about 36-48 hrs min between times. Sadly it didn't
work for us this time, but i think when we try again that will
be the way we will do it except maybe we'll give it 60hrs or so
to get a good build up.
Telly i hope you get a BFP this time babe *fingers crossed*
Love Nikki x
