You can get the asprin from the chemist without a prescription, it's in blue and white pack called Aspec. My specialist recommended I take it, even if you don't need it, it will do no harm to bubs or you.
Your GP or midwife can give you a prescription for the higher dose folic acid.

Congratulations Kim, that is awesome news and I wish you well.
I am also taking low dose aspirin, my specialist recommended "Cartia" which is $5 per monthly pack at the chemist.
