Re: Queenbean's bean!!!
Hi ladies, my sister did a 3D scan for us this afternoon, however bubba was not that co-operative. Took ages for him to move his head into a good position, then kept putting his hands over his face, then his lips were all smooshed against something! Never mind, just great to see the little guy again. Here is a pic....

Re: Queenbean's bean!!!
First stretchmark has appeared I blame a mixture of a boombah baby and too much Xmas turkey, hehe.

Well I have heaps of faded old ones from when I was a teenager, but this is the first baby one. I imagine I will look like a tiger in a few weeks time too!!!

Stretch marks, who cares, I am sure you look stunning stretch mark and all... I have not got any yet, but I am sure they are not far away, I am lot bigger this time than I ever was with Beanie... growing rediculous now, but I am happy! Ignore the dreaded stretch mark...

Re: Queenbean's bean!!!
Yah for the stretch mark! I have managed to escape a single stretch mark with all my pregnancies!! Not sure if I just have very elasticy skin or has anything to do with the cocoa butter cream I have been smearing on since the early stages every day.

Re: Queenbean's bean!!!
I use Bio oil, I really like it, I used in my first pg. I have not used that cocoa butter, but might try using it. I know that Bio Oil can be expensive and like you I smear it all over to....

Yep, you name it I'm using it!! Bio oil, cocoa butter, lots of different creams and lotions. I think if you're gonna get them, you're gonna get them no matter what! Oh well, all worth it!!!

Re: Queenbean's bean!!!
Gorgeous belly and buba! Wow amazing the 3 d pictures aye. LOL you girls and your river beds. I didn't get stretchies from my pregnancys but if you seen me preggers I never got that big. But believe it or not I still got stretchies from going thru puberty as a young teen girl. They still there now on my hips.

Wow 32wks Lan . Not long now. Its sounds like all is going well - I have heard that accupuncture can be good for getting bubs in the right position

Re: Queenbean's bean!!!
Thanks Yvonne! It is going fast, can't believe I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow! They told us about acupuncture/moxibustion to turn a breech baby at our antenatal classes, and I do have an acupuncturist who I used while TTC. Will see if he does anything in the next couple of weeks, but willing to give it a go!
Hope your little bean is doing well!

Re: Queenbean's bean!!!
OK, sorry for being so slack at updates, I am absolutely dying of the heat and humidity at the moment Had an antenatal clinic appointment yesterday and baby is still breech, crap. So I have a scan next Monday to see if he's still breech and if so, what type of breech to see if having an ECV is an option. Otherwise it's looking like a c-section in 2 weeks. Yikes!!!! Anyone had an ECV before? Here are some belly pics from this morning, might be some of the last ones!!

Re: Queenbean's bean!!!
Thanks Carley!! ECV is an external cephalic version, where they try to manipulate a breech baby into the right position. Have heard it's not the most comfortable thing to have done, and not always successful.

Re: Queenbean's bean!!!
OOhhh so close, how exciting. Owies, I can only imagine how uncomfortable having bubs turned would be. After my waters were broken with Gabby my midwife arrived and was really pi$$ed that they broke my waters, I wasn't ready and she was surprised they even managed it. He was no where near engaged and had popped out and my mw had to manipulate him back in place, that was horrible. Here's hoping baby moves before anything is needed to be done. Turn baby turn.

That's fantastic news about him turning!! Don't panic about the size - I was told that for the last 2 and this one and I got worried for nothing. Looking forward to some exciting news soon!
