hi all!!
just thought i would take up carley suggestion on making my own thread..... well as some of you may know me and DH lost our little one on the 21/5/08 to m/c we were 11 weeks gest. its been hard dealing with it but.....we are now preggys again, we are 5 weeks and will find out more next week when we go to the doctor, i will admit i am totally terrified and scared, i am doing everything by the book and taking more rest than usual lol i am trying to think positive about the whole thing but deep down inside its killing me and i KNOW its not good to stress so i have taken to making videos and putting them on youtube has helped take my mind off things lol.
had a talk to DH and have told him if we lose this wee little one, NO MORE. i dont think i could handle it, but we will soon see so more news after we have been to the doctor. Have a great week peeps!!

That's wonderful news. Good on you for taking it easy and looking after yourself.
I can now totally understand the scared thing and I reckon positive happy thoughts are the way to go, but boy do I know how hard that is after loss. Guess I have some confessions of my own now, better go start my own thread and spill.
Congrats and I hope you get a lot of support here.

hi guys....with a broken heart i write this, not long after i started this thread i started having like period pains as we all do rushed off to the toilet to see if there was anything and there was.....DH rushed us up to waikato and had a scan etc, through the tears we saw our two bubbas hearts werent beating at all we had lost our 5th and 6th, we were having twins. the doctors are doing tests to find out whats going on, so far everything has came back good, DH is having tests done as well i am gutted and the worst of all i rang my mum and told her her exact words were........and what you want me to do about it.
but on the positive side DH rang his dad and step mum they came down straight away and took the kids home so DH could spend time with me we both came home sunday morning and DH step mum is staying here for a week as DH work wont let him have time off. but we have to go back to waikato on weds to see a specialist.

Oh Sweetie, huge hugs to you and DH as you go through this horrible heartbreaking time. I am just sitting here shaking my head at the unfairness of it all. As for your family's reaction, like Dragonfly said, atleast your DH's family is coming through for you and helping you out.

Hi Shanti's mum, how are you holding up (its a silly question really). I've been thinking of you.
How did the appointment with the specialist go?

hi all we went to the specialist and found out quite a few things, some not so good some good, it appears that mine and DH bloods arent mixing together (sounds like a recipe) and my immune system is very shitted at the moment hence the reason for the miscarries, so its attacking every forgein thing that comes into my body, but thats the good news because they can inject me with medication to help stop that.
but while i was at the hospital it appears i took a fit, now i know in the past 6 months i have had little ones and appeared to be jerkish (like getting a fright) but i am not espily (however u spell it) so the doctors put me thru a ct scan.
i am deaf, and have a cochlear implant so have 80% hearing, but on the scan they found a tumour, its around the size of an egg, the first thing that came to my head was get it out, i wanna live to see my babies grow old, but hearing the words "its inoperatable" brought me down, i have to spent the next 12 weeks under going chemo. but they laid it down hard on me, if chemo doesnt shrink it the most i'll have is 18 months.
now all i am doing is praying for a miracle to stay in this world and watch my children grow, but if it happens i leave this world i will have three others on the other side waiting.
i have lacked into bad depression state, where my DH family have taken my children back home for a few weeks, but they will be down on the weekends, DH i think is more shocked and numb than anything, but is being very supportive, i have brought our wedding forward by a huge step.
i am sitting here blawing my eyes out, and i feel this site is the only place i can let my true feelings out as i believe writing is alot easier than speaking the right words never come out.
but look ahead look positive if i do go to the other side, i will give each and every one of ur angels a big kiss and hug from you all.
