Kim, OMG I go away for 5 days and come back to you being preggy.
A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to you. I am so happy, that really does take away my grumpiness from having to unpack. You have put a huge smile on my face.
Heres to an uneventful 9 months.

had another hcg done today and they were 4651 and the nurse tried to tell me that they are low for my dates, but i looked online and it said that at 3-4 weeks post conception it was normal. but am off to see MW tomorrow so will discuss with her and might ask for another bloods on friday maybe.

Hi Kim
Best of luck for your mw appt tomorrow.
In terms of HCG testing, there is such a huge variance in "what is normal" and I think that the nurse was a bit naughty to tell you that there is a problem with yours. I had regualr HCG monitoring with my last pg (that I lost) and it was very confusing and stressful. Some people find it helpful as it gives you a slight indication of whether all is well but I have personally chosen not to have it done this time. Obviously it is up to you, and I am only speaking from my sole experience.
Keep safe.
Claire

Yes, I am opting to only have them once a week instead of twice weekly like last time.

Hi Kim,
I'm no expert but your HCG's have risen really well, which is a good indicator and remember it's not so much the value but if they are rising and doubling every few days (even the doubling time can vary anywhere from 48 - 96 hours on average)
Sending lots of sticky vibes your way
Take care
Jacqui

Hi Deanie,
I am ok today, so far no sign of bleeding, I did have diarhea this morning so am hoping its not a bad sign. But I only got a few spots yesterday of brown blood so I am hoping its settled.

That is good to hear Kim. I had an upset stomach at 6.5 weeks too and after much analysis and testing, they decided it was simply caused by serious hormones. I really hope this is the case for you. Apparently pg hormones can irritate some people's bowels - nice huh!!!!
Keep me updated.
