Tips for shifting a posterior baby
Hi ladies
Have just had a visit from my m/w who informs me that baby has shifted into a slightly posterior position (its back to my back)
It has always been in the perfect position up until now so I'm really hacked off. I wondered why my back pain had gone and why I was getting kicks on the other side of my belly recently.
I've been banned from sitting on the sofa, so I now have to sit backwards (straddle) on a cold, hard dining room chair in the evenings.
The m/w also suggested pelvic tilting excercises.
I was wondering if any of you had experienced this before and had any good tips to shift the wee bugger back into position? I don't want to give birth to a posterior baby if I can help it!
