Argh! This baby is totally messing with me! One baby measuring perfect for dates, one perfect heartbeat, and no sign of any cause for bleeding, except possibly an ovarian cyst on one side. I swear I could almost see baby laughing at me, little bugger!

OK, long time no update, and wee Iggle Piggle has not been giving mummy a break!
I am finally feeling better after all the morning sickness, but started spotting again at 12 weeks. I wasn't too worried about bub coz the spotting was brown and I can pick up the heartbeat good and strong on the doppler, but after 10 days of spotting on Saturday I had a big red bleed so headed off to hospital in Sydney for an anti d shot. Was a bit traumatic as it was the same hospital where I had the d and c with our angel, so it was hard going back there under similar circumstances, but the staff were great and the OB reg told me it would be very unlikely to m/c at this stage.
Because I was still bleeding tho they wouldn't let me go home, my BP was quite low so they gave me some IV fluids, and the anti d shot, and admitted me. In the morning they did a scan and bubs is bouncing around in there happy as, measuring perfectly, a couple of days ahead even at just over 14 weeks, and there are no signs of any cause for the bleeding with either bub, the placenta or the cervix. The bleeding has turned back into spotting so they let me go home, and it does seem to be easing off.
i am trying sooooo hard to be relaxed about this pregnancy, but this wee bean is determined to make his/her presence felt! I wanted a nice normal pregnancy, and instead have already had 4 scans.
Seeing the midwife next Tues, have to have a blood test at 18 or so weeks to check whether the anti d is still in my system, and if not I have to have another shot, then the anatomy scan at 18 or so weeks too.
Oh on the plus side, have started feeling bubs move, it started as little flutters but now quite definite pokes which is cool.

This little one is giving you a run for your money! Must be a male - lol. I shouldn't joke, Sarah was my most difficult pregnancy, Cameron was easy - lol.
Take it easy hun ((hugs))

Hugs Chick, sorry to hear you've been having a worrying time.
Have to agree with Telly, must be a male, all my boys gave me a hard time!
