Just got pointed out to me by BarneyT that my sons birthday is in the angel banner......I thought the banner above (as did she) was for our passed over angels...not earthly angels??

Sorry to hear that Cam has the flu, he hasnt been over playing with Shawna has he? She probably sent her germs flying over to him when she sneezed! She loves the hat too - the pink one with two bobbles - I'll have to post a pic, so cute.

Don't think he been playing there? Is Shawn ok or just getting daycare bugs that they pick up when first starting. I nearly went over there the other day as this kid was screaming...obviously being a little shit scream ..but boy he went on and on!!!!

There are a couple over there that are brothers and seem very naughty.
We are off to the docs this afternoon, she has a very bad snot nose and now her chest is wheezy. Doesnt help she is teething at the same time. Very tired mum here!!

Tired mummy here too, I've had the three small ones sick this week, the night before last lil miss was up 4 times to feed and screaming on and off in between. Fun and games

Awww more than one sick at a time really messes with my sanity! mine you one sick and one 2.5 year old is doing that nicely.

I think Matt mentions karvol aswell (I was out at bedtime tonight if you can't tell by that list)...but he is still struggling to breathe...nothing is helping him and I am seriously thinking of taking him back to dr tomorrow...he has been on ab's since tues and if anything he is more blocked up and chesty...poor thing looks like santas reindeer LOL (has a very shiney nose)..and everytime he blows it (which si every 5 seconds) he is saying ouch ouch...

Lynne I just noticed that Cam is on the Angel's Birthday List - this is at the top here under general, I think that is where the names all came from.

Awww Lynne, Emma and Tracey, I hope all of your little ones get better soon. Its so horrible seeing them under the weather.

Flynn had Tonsilitus a couple of weeks ago and is booked in to have them out on the 23rd June - thats going to be a challenging week

I feel bad about the pain he will be in, and am sort of on the fence about getting them out, as I really don't like him going under anasthestia (SP) but I suppose it will mean he is in less pain in the future, as he gets it every year DH is all for it, so I am sending hm into theatre with Flynn!

Anyway, I will be home that week, so should hopefully find some time to post, as I have been very slack since I started work.

Awww, poor Flynn I know the feeling, mine still have their tonsils but Sienna has had a kidney op plus three grommet surgeries (and adenoids out with one of them) and Mercedes is lined up to have her fourth grommets surgery next Wed It's getting harder as they get older and more aware, how do I explain what's going to happen so she's not terrified? I hope Flynn has a very speedy recovery!

Hope the doc can give poor Cam some more relief Lynne, poor lil guy. And poor you! Yep, my nanny is sick now so I'm working from home and kid-wrangling at the same time which is interesting.

Oh Emma - your poor girls, having had so many ops. I'm with you on not really knowing how to explain whats going to happen to them We are leaving it until the day before to explain to Flynn as he still has - not so good - memories about being put under last year when he feel of the deck and had to have cuts in his lips stitched up. We may need to get a little present from the tonsils fairy, me thinks

I hope all goes well with Mercedes gromets this time.

Yvonne- Good luck for Flynn's surgery...it was the best thing we did for cam..he was running around after it and you wouldn't no he just had them removed.
Oh hugs to all with sick kiddies..Cam is on the mend..first day today he hasn't needed a box of tissue with him constantly...yah

Grommety-grommets here this morning, it went well - she is off at gymnastics already as she recovered so quickly from the anesthetic. The results are not so great tho - the grommet that had come out has left such a large hole that they were unable to put a new grommet in, and she will have to have it surgically repaired in a few years time, and it will cause a degree of hearing loss between mild-moderate until it is repaired. The left hand side was badly infected and full on pseudomonis bacteria, but it's now been all cleaned and had a nice new grommet put in. Gah at how frustrating it all is!

And even bigger gah that the baby's eardrum ruptured on Friday afternoon too She's off to the specialist this afternoon where I suspect he'll decide grommets for her too...
