I have just finished reading a book written by Anne Diamond called "A Gift from Sebastian". For some reason when Shawna and I were noseying around the library this book found me! Although GG was stillborn and didn't pass away from cot death, this book still helped me. Anne Diamond was a TV celebrity in Great Britan whose 4 month old boy Sebastian died suddenly, Anne made it her mission to find out why. Long story short, it tells of her crusade to make the people of GB aware of the risks. NZ plays a big part in her story. Does anyone have any other books that they would recommend as good reading? |

I ordered from Amazon, a book called "An Exact Replica of a Figment of My Imagination" by Elizabeth McCracken - I couldn't put it down and read the whole thing in 2 days. McCracken is a successful author whose son was stillborn while she was living in France. Awesome book. |
