Re: Jessica's Update thread...
OMG!!! She is the female version of Bayden!!! You know how when some babies are born and they question who the Daddy is? Well with my kids they question if I am really the mother...they look nothing like me I will try and find a pic of Bayden to compare to ones of Jess.

Re: Jessica's Update thread...
PMSL Carley..could you not see the twin likeness before? I get questioned all the time if my kids are to same daddy....or mummy. Being blonde and fair and dark and tanned.....PMSL me and DP have siblings of either looks too.

Re: Jessica's Update thread...
quick update from us... Jess is doing blardy well!!! We seem to have her reflux under control and are now only going to the chiro every two weeks, but the next visit will probably be the last we had her three month jabs last week!!! OMG the time has flown by!!! She handled them okay, but was still a bit cranky the next afternoon. Thankfully I did them when I did as I was planning to do them two days later on the Friday, but we had to milk that weekend, glad that I didnt do them on Friday as she would have been a right bag come milking Am off to town today to get some food for the house, poor B had to have boring old marmite sammies for his lunch today. Right better go...

Re: Jessica's Update thread...
Right update time!!! Man the time has flown by again. Jess is now 5mths and growing like a weed!! She is now 16lb 13oz and has finally started to grow in length!! Her reflux seems to have disappeared completely, which I put down to the teething necklace that she is wearing. Jess is now trying to talk alot, and has discovered that if she screams in the supermarket that it echos!! So needless to say I am reminding her to sshhh quite a bit all the way round . We are busy packing as we shift house in three weeks time We are moving to another farm, 15mins down the road, closer to Rotorua. So it is pretty hectic round here. We have got six years worth of shit to sort through, plus when we moved in it was just two of us, now we are leaving as a family of four!! . Apart from that, not much else. Oh yeah there is the new car too Very happy bout that

Re: Jessica's Update thread...
Hi Carley, what is the teething necklace Jessica is wearing? Shawna is chewing on anything she can get her hands on at the moment and gets a little upset when she drops what ever it happens to be! I can't believe they will be 6 months old soon!! Time flys. How is the packing going? Oh and I suppose I better ask how the new car is, not like I'm jealous or anything.....................

Re: Jessica's Update thread...
Tracey...the new car is going great!! Even DH is suitably impressed. I got Jess' teething necklace off TM, they are baltic amber and are supposed to have healing properites in them, when the beads come into contact with the skin they release a oil that goes into the body and has a analgesic effect. It is supposed to be good for when they get their immunisations too, and Jess had no problems with hers last time worth a try in my books. I am too scared to take them off now incase her relfux returns

Re: Jessica's Update thread...
RIGHTO UPDATE TIME!!! Well we have been busy here!! shifitng house SUCKS! but atleast we are here and slowly settling in. Jess is doing great, still growing like a weed, and getting ratty with not being able to move around on the floor I keep saying to her that she has to learn to crawl then she will be happier She is quite happy just to lie there and scream and not rollover or anything and wait for someone to help her, little sausage As for her sleeping well...that is a different story all together, Jess has decided that the days are good for having huge sleeps and night time is for waking up three times a night and wanting to play...I DONT THINK SO LASSIE!!! We will sort her out thats for sure. She is now on solids two times a day (when I remember ), and her fave are carrots and rice, any of the custards but not pureed apple, and she HATES Farex!!! Her facials are hillarious when she eats that. Mind you it doesnt help that Dad is standing there saying "yucky" when she is doing it Bloody males! Bayden is okay too, he has been off sick the last three days, according to him he has swine flu , but it is just the usual run of the mill cold. Another idea that was planted in his head by Dad (Thanks for that Dad). DH and I are good, waiting for the calving to start up at the end of next month, although it can just plod along till then that is fine with me , oh forgot to say that B is going to have a pet lamb for pet day this year

Re: Jessica's Update thread...
OMG!!! Is it time for an update or what?!!! Jess is now 1 Where has my llittle girl gone... She is now crawling and has five teeth, two of which she cut within three days of each other...wonderful...NOT!!! She has a real character about her and is such a little cutie, I just wanna squish her all the time. She does tickles on herself when she is getting changed and giggles like crazy Trying to stand up and taking baby steps holding onto our hands (or should I say HUGE steps) as she hasnt figured out to pace herself. Jess is the light of our lives and has everyone wrapped around her little, yet chubby, fingers. I will add some recent photos of her, and after her birthday party on Sunday, depending on how the cake turns out, it is supposed to be a ladybird, I will add some more, but only it if looks alright okay photos... pretty new clothes
