I've been using a wedge since Loralei was born, never really considered a safe t sleep, my SIL used a wedge and recommended it.

Not using anything with Sarah yet - she sleeps with her head to one side anyways.
We do have a wedge that we used from the start with Cameron, which we will use with Sarah when the time comes.

We used a Safety Sleep with Maya from day one, and have done the same with the twins.
