Hey, How far out of Rotarua are you and do you get the whole sulphur thing at all? I might have to come holidaying to see you once all this crap here is over with, But best make sure visiting ya is not going to kill me cause that would defeat me having done all this chemo and all....lol

WOW . what a bargain!! What a great thing to have for peace of mind. It would be so nice just to have a little listen whenever you want to. I use to hang out for the trips to the midwife just to hear that sound!

Great stuff Carley - let us know how it works. I have always wanted one of those - even when pregnant with Flynn.
Sorry to hear about the MS sweet - that can't be much fun for you.
Take care

Hi babe, just read the whole thing to make sure I was up to date on all the news. Cool purchase!!
I bought Preggie Pops for my Secret Santa from a NZ website called Scarecrow Farm but I looked on their website and there's nothing there. I got them on TM tho so you could check there.

Thats the hard part Carley aye, I found it hard to fine at first too, but once you hear it, it's music to your ears.
I bet your gonna try now anyway aye not that you'll hear anything, and it'll do your head in

hehe you were right Manda, I did give it a try even though I knew I would be able to hear anything through my layers of blubber!!!
Well update number what are we up to?? 4 or 5? Bah worries...
went off for blood test number 3 today and as per usual my blardy veins didnt cooperate and my arm nearly fell off due to the lack of blood getting to it!!! But eventually we got there and got the required amount. Am off for my specialist appiontment on Wednesday so that we will be able to hear a beat. My (*)(*) have finally settled down now and I am able to sleep on my stomach again, although that wont be for long . I think that is all for now, just taking it one day at a time and going with the flow.

Right I am probably looongg over due for a update so here goes.
Specialist appiontment was good didnt hear a beat, but did manage a sneaky scan and got to see bubs beating away on that
Asked the Dr what my antibody readings are like compared with Julia and they are exactly the same, so that first test must have been a balls up some where
The m/s has now eased off a bit more and I am now able to function now during the day and dont feel soo .
I did have a bit of a scare last night, as when I went to bed there was a bit of blood when I wiped myself when I went to the loo, sorry TMI, I put a pad on, and had a shite nights sleep, tossing and turning, and that bubs stays put. Woke up this morning and there was no blood on the pad and it has gone from 'ahem' down there, so :fingersx: it stays that way, am gonna take it easy today and just see how I go. I still feel pg so that is good.

Oh, how neat to see the wee heartbeat, so exciting, I'm happy for you that they let you have the scan.
Sorry to hear about last night tho, that must have had you in a bit of a panic but I'm glad everything is alright now. I agree with you, take it easy today and I'm sure you are doing this, but don't hesitate to contact your docs if you get worried. I reckon I'd be a right pain in the butt with my LMCs when we are lucky enough to get pg, but it's your precious baby so do whatever you need to for peace of mind.
Take care hun xx

Weellll now that you say about being a pain in the butt...
I went off to the Dr today just so they could have a lookie and see that everything was ok, and... it turns out that I amy have strained too hard when I was on th toilet last night and may have burst a blood vessel down there
So all is good.
