Starting TTCing...
Just wondering if anyone else is currently TTCing? My husband and I are starting this month! I’m a little bit scared but my husband and I really want another child and I think I need to prove to myself that I can do this… I’m also going to some counselling sessions through work so hopefully that will help with any unresolved issues. Fingers crossed that it doesn’t take me too long to get pregnant!

Re: Starting TTCing...
Good luck AngelaKate!! I have my fingers crossed for you!!
Counselling isnt a bad idea!! Its horrible when all of the innocence of Pregnancy is now gone. I hope you get your dream soon!!
I sooo know your desperation for a baby as im feeling it myself. I would give anything to be pregnant again right now but know its not possible due to having PCOS and doing IVF to get pregnant. I need to see the Specalist up in Auckland before we venture down the path of pregnancy and know if we can take leap again or if its too risky to carry on.
We are here for you AngelaKate to support you and guide you thru.

Re: Starting TTCing...
Good Luck with the TTCing I found it very emotional making the decision to start, scared I was doing it for the wrong reasons. I will be able to join you in March since not allowed to till then from having medications, Hope it goes quick for you.

Re: Starting TTCing...
OOOHHHH good luck!! I remember when we were TTCing after GG, I was so nervous and scared! I had feelings of guilt, then happiness, then more guilt! It took me a while to realise there is nothing to feel guilty about, GG was going to have a brother or sister anyway. Just remember what its all about and have fun!!

Re: Starting TTCing...
Sigh, not feeling particularly positive this month – despite all of our efforts. Two weeks is an awfully long time to wait for the results that I want so badly! Anyway, I guess that this month was always going to be hard on me as Blake’s due date was supposed to be on the 19th.

Re: Starting TTCing...
Thanks heaps, Debs. I may have already done an early test (I'm not very good at waiting) which was negative. So not thinking that I will get my BFP this month. Will just have to try harder next month.

Re: Starting TTCing...
Hi All, looks like I am graduating from this TTC thread!!! I went to the doctor this morning and got some blood tests done. My HCG level is 296. Yay!!! My due date is the 16th of November. Very scared and apprehensive at this stage. I guess that things will start to sink in over the next few weeks. My doctor has referred me to the high risk clinic so will just have to wait until my appointment arrives in the mail and then it will be all go from there.
