Post How we all doing?
Just wondered how all the mummies to be were going?

Me, not much new here, all monitorings have been good and I go to see Specialist on Tuesday and have been told to ask if they will deliver him a week early, because I am not coping so its just a wait and see.

Hope you are all resting and taking care of your bellies.

Huggles
Kim

Hi Kim

Good for you. Go into that appointment and be really assertive and tell the Dr what you need! You are sooooooo close now.

We are having a rough time as Angus has a nasty cold. He's all yucky and mucousy and keeps spewing all the mucous he swallows. Poor little takker  . He's got a horrible cough and keeps sneezing too which keeps him awake. Thank God for panadol is all I can say!

Our cat is also causing probs. He's got PND - LOL - and has had to start taking Prozac (I'm so not kidding  ). He just hasn't adjusted to the baby in the house and our neighbours moved in the same day Angus came home, and brought with them two cats. All this has left the poor boy rather stressed out and he's started spraying and pacing around the house yowling. Just what we need with a new baby. :(

We are hopefully going on holiday to Opotiki on Wed with DH's family, this of course depends on the state of the baby and cat..............oh dear.

Lizzie

Kim - Hang in there, not long to go! Good luck with the doctors appt, and I have my fingers crossed for you that you get your earlier induction.

Lizzie - Poor Angus and poor cat! I hope they both recover in time for the holiday, sounds like you need it!

I'm hanging in there, getting bigger by the day, I can almost SEE it lol. Friends of my parents who were due the same week as me had their twins last week, and it's kind of doing my head in that my girls could be here today, or tomorrow, or next week, or in six weeks time! I am seeing the OB next MOnday tho and thinking I will push for an induction/c-sect at 36 weeks if they haven't arrived by then because by 36 weeks they will be good birthweights, shouldn't need to be in the NICU etc. and I have just had enough. I am still throwing up every morning, haven't slept longer than an hour in one go without having to roll over (which is like turning a pig on a spit!) or go to the toilet. Not to mention poor Maya having to put up with the grumpiest Mama in the world! So with a bit of luck only 4 weeks to go (am hoping they do stay in there that long tho - not keen on them being too early!)

Well I have just got back from Auckland today, and with baby still in tummy. Thank god for both!

I seemed to have puffed up in my hands, feet and face since I have been up north, damn Auckland air, I was fine before I left.

I can see myself getting bigger round the belly more every few days, and have definately come back considerably bigger than what I went up!

Baby still seems to be sitting in breech position, and seems to be there kicking more so than anywhere else, sometimes on my right side, but I think that's just her moving round to kick my ass, lol.

Still having quite painful Braxton Hicks and tightenings, and still not sleeping all that great either. Have come back from Auckland more stressed, tired, sick and sore than when i left Christchurch - what a great break - NOT.

Anyway, that is about all from me at the moment, have a bit to catch up on everywhere!
