Cake anyone???
I've also put this on TNN, hopefully I don't get too many bite from it ( a couple would be good though )
On the off chance anyone might need a birthday cake (or any cake for that matter) made. I've started doing cakes for family and friends, turns out I'm not too bad at it . Anyway, I'm broke, so thought I'd see if I could earn a few extra $$ this way . Hopefully this doesn't backfire and I get too many requests, oh well, lets see
The cakes I have done are all a yummy moiste chocolate cake (can do other flavours, it's jut that the people I have made them for have tasted this on and keep asking for it, it is truely scrummy), with buttercream icing. I've done a few before these ones but never thought to take pics (I also have a few more pics than these, but these are a couple of examples). I've laso done a pretty cool dolphin (have a cell phone pic if wanted I can post), am about to do a monarch butterfly. Can also do plain round (have a pic with a sweet soft pastel coloured butterfly on a round cake, will post if wanted).
Dalmation (not meant to be the cartoons, the girl I did this for just wanted a simple dalmation face):
Electric guitar (for a 40 year old would you believe it):
$30 - $50 depending on how detailed it is and prefer pick up (from North Shore), drop off would need to be extra for gas. I supply ingredients. Please give me at least 1 weeks notice, 2 preferable.
So there you go, toe is dangled in the water, hoping it doesn't get bitten off, a few nibbles would be good though

Lauriel that cake is fantastic. You should do it in Wanga, I'm finding it pretty easy to find people who want them, in fact it's all pretty much been word of mouth except 2 of them so far, and I just had another 2 confirmed today . I've got 5 in the next 3 weeks and 2 yet to be confirmed, plus Loraleis in May then Trinitys in June.
The butterfly one isn't until March 2nd, I thought it was earlier, but I'll post pics when I'm done. I've got a dog this weekend (in the oven as I type), another dog next weekend, a Harley badge in the middle of the week

Reckon you could fit in another one this weekend? I was going to get the local bakery to do it but would rather give you the $$$ if you're keen than pay them.

If I rmember when I'm done here (got 2 children that won't sleep and a guys just come to dig some holes for the fence, like thats gonna help, grrr), then I'll txt you my #s in case you don't have them. What day? Any idea what you want?

Here's the latest cake, a puppy dog eggless moist choc cake, yummy, and for the price off eggs and butter these days lighter on the pocket too.
Oh, Coreys working on a website for my cakes, oh my goodness how did this all happen

Yeah the website is up, but it's still being worked on, it's very basic and somethings need to be changed, like I'm not sure about the marble cake, I haven't done one in years, and pirces, and the request form (not working and I'm not sure about the setup).
Anyway it's www.mandascakes.co.nz but no laughing anyone because it's just a baby (any constructive comments welcome )
